ALLIED, as it is popularly known in the state of Gujarat is a group of companies having various activities related to the field of electrical engineering.  A genuine technocrat Shri H. M. Thaker established our group way back in 1954. Now the group consists of seven different companies engaged in the manufacturing, trading and repairing - servicing of all kinds of industrial electrical equipments.

The Thaker family members are managing all the companies with a backing of vast experience and guidance from group leaders as below.

SHIVANJALI Electricals Pvt. Ltd.  A group member Company is managed by one of the family branch headed by Shri S. M. Thaker who is Chairman of the Company.  Mr. J. S. Thaker is the Managing Director and is looking after Day-to-day affairs of the Company.   The Company is engaged in Trading, Marketing & Manufacturing of Industrial Electrical Goods.  For Administrative Convenience the Company is divided into two divisions.  Trading Division & Manufacturing Division.  The Activities of these Divisions are as below.

MANUFACTURING DIVISION

SHIVANJALI Electricals Pvt. Ltd. – Manufacturing Division is engaged in the manufacturing of Control Panels, Distribution Boards, Marshalling Kiosks, Switch Socket Receptacles, Feeder Panels, Capacitor Panels, D. G. Synchronizing Panels, Instrumentation Panels, Test Benches, Local Control Push Button Stations, Turbine Control & Supervision Panels and other such custom build low voltage switchgears.   Our Panels are Type tested at E. R. D. A. & C. P. R. I. For IP 55 Class Of Ingress Protection.  We have also type tested our Panels at C. P. R. I. – Bhopal for Short Circuit Test of 50 kA for 1 sec., & Temperature rise.

We Integrate Control Panels Using RITTAL Enclosures and Other Systems For ABB Ltd., Alstom Power India Ltd., SIEMENS Ltd. (Steam Turbine Division + Gas Turbine Division), Areva T & D Ltd. & Other Such Organizations.  Our Customers have used & installed the Panels & Our Other Products in their Projects All over India As well As Abroad.  

Presently Our manufacturing unit is located at plot no. 894/4, G. I. D. C. Estate – Makarpura – Vadodara With a Plot Area of 9000 sq. Ft having built area of 7000 sq. Ft.  The assembly work is done with various equipments as per modern standards and practice.  Our test lab is equipped with all testing facilities for L. T. Control Switchgears.  All our products are manufactured under strict quality controls of qualified and well-trained staff.  All the raw materials used are of best available genuine quality.  We have a regular clientele and have supplied various items to many industries in Gujarat.  We have also supplied our panels to customers all over India as well as exported to various countries through merchant contractors like ABB, SIEMENS, ALSTOM, TRIVENI Etc.We also have one more Factory at Plot no. 17, G. I. D. C. Estate – Por, Dist. Vadodara with a Plot Area of 20000 sq. Ft having built up area of 3500 sq. Ft.

TRADING DIVISION

SHIVANJALI Electricals Pvt. Ltd.  – Trading Division is involved in trading and marketing of the industrial electrical goods.  We cater to the wide spectrum of requirements of companies in government, semi government, public and private sectors.  We are on the vendors’ list of many industrial organizations in Vadodara, Bharuch, Ankleshwar, Halol, Savli, Waghodia and Jambusar Etc. Industrial areas.  We also undertake turnkey project supplies for Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation Materials.We Are Also Distributor In Gujarat For A Wide Range Of Products For RITTAL Make Enclosure Systems, Electronic Systems, Outdoor Enclosures, Power Distribution Components, Data Communication Components, Enclosure Climate Control & Machine Cooling Systems & Interactive Terminal System.

We are also involved in Trading of Various Industrial Goods.
